Thinking about upgrading your Continental's suspension? Let's discuss options and experiences.
**Stock vs. Upgraded:**
The original air suspension was innovative but can be problematic. Many owners convert to coil springs for reliability.
**Popular Upgrades:**
- Coil spring conversion kits
- Modern shock absorbers
- Upgraded sway bars
- Polyurethane bushings
**My Experience:**
I converted my '66 to coils last year and couldn't be happier. The ride is still comfortable but much more predictable.
What suspension modifications have you done? Any recommendations?

I kept my air suspension but rebuilt it with modern components. Still love that floating ride quality!

Both approaches have merit. Air suspension is more authentic but coils are definitely more reliable for daily driving.
